An event sponsored by World Chef Group, Headwings and Lido Cluana, was held in Civitanova Marche, Italy at Lido Restaurant Bar on September 25, 2008
  
where special guests Andrea Roncato the famous actor and Massimo Mobili the mayor of Civitanova, together with 200 attendees enjoyed
  
an array of dishes from the Japanese cuisine including Soba, Shabu Shabu, Tempura and of course Sushi, all prepared on the spot by top chefs from the finest Japanese restaurants in New York.
  
Innumerable comments of satisfaction and gratitude made this event a huge success.
  
The following week The World Chef Group, and Lido Cluana succeeded in opening Lido American Sushi Bar, a sushi restaurant/American bar next door to Lido Restaurant with its own event “Maki Night” serving all sorts of aki rolls including California rolls, Philadelphia rolls and Tuna rolls.
  
“Maki Night” was again a successful event, giving the new restaurant that boost it will need on the race for the title of “Best Sushi Around”. |
