Hiroshi Nishiyama, the president and CEO of THE World Chef Group INC. (aka WCG) began his carrier in 1967 as a tax accounting office rep. in New York. Since then, he has observed various corporations and proprietors through the years.
He is also known to be a pioneer of NY Trendy Restaurants by opening Café Seiyoken, a renowned Japanese-French fusion restaurant which at the time became a hot topic in multiple magazines and news paper articles. |
